Located in Las Vegas, NV ( this is not a remote position )

Job Summary :
Interior Production Associate will collaborate with firm leaders in business development efforts and assist in project design efforts for key clients and projects.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Create schematic design presentations
- Execute construction detailing and documentation
- Draw plans, elevations, sections to assist 3D department in developing renderings
- Ensure all designs meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Produce complete sets of construction documents
- Prepare presentation material
- Participate in project related meeting and discussions
- Support in processing RFI’s and submittals
- Work efficiently within a collaborative team environment for a well-executed final product
- Provide flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Actively participate in company initiatives
Required Skills and Abilities :
- Proficiency in Revit
- Verbal and communication skills
- Problem-solving capabilities, prioritization, organization and follow through
- Agility and flexibility. Must be a team player that can handle multiple tasks
- Understanding of Bluebeam
- Working in both Imperial and Metric
- Basic Knowledge of Model Building Codes & Accessibility Standards
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design
