Position Overview :

We are looking for top talent to join Chicago’s Bank®, as a Full-Time Personal Banker, for our Community Advantage group.

What You’ll Do :

Assist Community Advantage clients with all account opening needs for both new and existing relationships

Troubleshoot / investigate client issues and onboard new clients

Responsible for superior customer experience providing high touch support always

Manage multiple customer relationships efficiently, using excellent organization skills and high attention to detail

Serve as a liaison between internal department contacts and clients

Provide assistance to sales staff and customers as needed

Occasional presentations / visits with clients

Participation in various industry and bank activities, including committees and conferences

Qualifications :

1-3 years of previous retail banking experience, preferred

Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

Strong written and verbal communication skills
