As an Administrative Specialist I, you are responsible for professionally greeting our client families on the phone and in person, accurately complete and maintain client paperwork, and process payments.
Your work is critical to our ability to provide a source of support, guidance, and direction to client families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one.

- 1+ years of administrative support experience
- Computer knowledge (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, HMIS, word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software)
- Ability to work well in a team based environment
- Ability to learn new software and conduct new tasks
- Professional communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
