Associate Recruiterrequires :
Degree or equivalent work experiencerequired.
Talent acquisition experiencerequired
Recruiting interviewing and hiring forpositions in numerous disciplines strongly preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills includingthe ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly andeffectively.
Work with different functionalgroups and levels of employees to effectively and professionallyachieve results.
Strong organizational skills;ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upontimeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functionsin a fastpaced environment.
Associate Recruiterduties :
Manage and maintain all reports tosupport the Talent Acquisition team as well as additional ad hocreports that are requested.
Facilitate new hireorientations while providing high quality onboardingexperiences
Coordinate the internal recruitmentprocess for as needed to ensure internal candidates receive afirstinclass experience.
Support various ad hocprojects and initiatives.
