A company is looking for a Director, Single Family, Rentals Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Spearhead sales strategy development and team growth in the Single Family Rentals segment

Guide leaders in refining sales processes, emphasizing revenue and sales metrics

Foster a high-performing sales culture and maintain strong customer relationships

Required Qualifications

5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in B2B and / or B2C

Proven track record in leading sales teams focused on pipeline management

Experience leading organizations of 30+ people with a focus on professional development

Comprehensive understanding of CRM and data tools, including Salesforce and Tableau

A Bachelor's Degree and Director level Sales Leadership experience is preferred
