WORK SCHEDULE :
Full Time salaried role : Monday-Friday, business hours with rotating manager-on-duty weekend rotation
This position requires a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
PAY & BENEFITS :
Annual salary starting at 75,000, plus a bonus structure

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Cornerstone at Canton is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Director of Community Relations responsible for all sales and outreach activities to achieve and exceed the community’s sales and move-in goals, maximizing occupancy.
The Director develops meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community partners, plans and conducts presentations, and ensures a smooth transition for new residents throughout the sales / move-in process.

- Interact clearly and effectively with openness to others' ideas.

- Knowledge of Alzheimer’s Disease and a desire to work with cognitively impaired residents.
