Clinical Resource Nurse

Shoreline / Everett / Bellingham)

Main Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to) :

  • Direct the initiation of Team-Centered Skin & Wound Care in new partner facilities and accompany the provider for first rounds
  • Support providers in assigned partner facilities through annual in-person rounding to identify improvement opportunities
  • Conduct in-person facility check-ins to determine how we can best support them and follow up appropriately
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams (MDT) during regularly scheduled weekly rounds at various facilities in the assigned region
  • Facilitate ongoing education and training to ensure quality and efficiency of Team-Centered Skin & Wound Care in current partner facilities;

this may be completed in-person or via Teams meeting (when necessary)

  • Engage partner facility nurses to assist with wound care
  • Conduct regular reviews with assigned partners and collaborate with nursing, medical, and other healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
  • Be a leader in motivating and encouraging patients and patient caregivers
  • Provide clear direction to achieve goals, creating an environment that fosters team commitment and employee engagement
  • Attend regularly scheduled team meetings, Grand Rounds, for continued training, team building, and leadership development
  • Accomplish other tasks as assigned

Skills required to succeed :

  • LPN licensed in working state
  • This fast-paced position requires standing for extended amounts of time
  • Driving! You must have reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
  • 1-2 years of wound care and / or surgical experience (highly preferred, but not required); extensive training available
  • 1-2 years of skilled nursing experience (highly preferred, but not required)
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to work well within a team of healthcare providers and partner facilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (specifically Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Must be self-motivated, punctual, dependable, and able to work / schedule appointments independently
  • Ability to respond appropriately to constant change in priorities and services
  • Acute attention to detail with a strong, self-sufficient work ethic
  • Excellent organization and use of time management skills
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people through both verbal and written communication lines
  • Must be trustworthy, honest and have a positive and professional attitude

Compensation : $75,000.00 - $92,000.00 DOE - bonus potential

This position is classified as : Salary, Exempt ; Full-Time employment

Hours : Typical hours are Monday through Friday; varied hours between 6 : 00am 5 : 00pm, no nights, weekends, or on call
