AM Business Planning & Execution Project Manager
The Project Manager will coordinate and lead internal projects that support the Account Management organization to proactively deliver best-in-class service to our clients and drive increased retention.
The ideal candidate exhibits a foundational understanding of account management best practices, in-depth knowledge of pharmacy benefit trends, and a passion for the experience of the end user : our customers.
This role will work closely with other cross functional partners and help drive a culture of collaboration where we support our client facing teams to deliver upon the needs of the market.
Job Responsibilities Include :
- Actively engage in activities across RxBenefits that deliver on our value proposition and an incredible customer experience.
- Assist Account Management leadership in developing and monitoring execution of communication and change management plans for projects and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage projects independently and escalate issues to management as appropriate.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand areas of opportunity and / or process improvements, and provide high quality, timely deliverables.
- Collaborate with designated cross-functional teams to develop execution of the playbook for Account Management and coordinate on-going process improvements, product launches and drive accountability for client facing teams to meet KPIs.
- Serve as a resource to guide internal partners to ensure resources and training supports the AM organization, and ultimately the end customer.
- Create communication and training plans as needed.
- Refine internal approaches and practices that continually invest in the success of internal team members and consistently deliver better results for our customers.
- Build deep trusted relationships across every department in the business. This role is a key thread that supports a collaborative culture and how we work together to support our brokers and clients
Required Skills / Experience Include :
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years’ experience in a client facing role
- 2+ years’ experience managing various projects in a fast pace, changing environment, with proven outcomes to support a client success
- Expert organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience presenting to leaders throughout the organization and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to think strategically, connecting the dots on key business initiatives with keeping the client success experience in mind
- Employee benefits or healthcare experience required, Pharmacy benefits experience strongly preferred
- Passion for helping people be successful in their roles
- Deep understanding of what it takes to deliver successful customer outcomes
- Embraces technology and uses it to create efficiencies
- Process minded individual who understands the steps necessary to effectively guide a project, maximizing efficiency & quality
- Proven ability to manage the day-to-day needs to ensure projects are risk mitigated and remain on track for positive outcomes, while also having the ability to flex to handle multiple and competing priorities
- Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills rooted in a client-centered approach
- Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals and deadlines, with ability to be persistent and proactive
- Ability to manage complex projects concurrently and deliver impactful results
Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $96,000 - $120,000 annually.
Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations.
This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
