Willow Springs Center (UHS) is looking for a Community Liaison for the Southern California region. This position requires candidate be based out of California.

The purpose of the community liaison is to liaise between the facility and referral sources to market Willow Springs Center and to educate the greater community on services that could be provided to referrals.
This position is necessary to educate the greater community about the services offered to treat children with psychiatric disorders.
Without their work, referrals sources may not know the opportunities available for patients and much needed care would never be established.

Manages time effectively in order to meet obligations for meetings, reports and information, and public communication.
Develops and implements community workshops and seminars, held at the facility or in the community.
Develops and maintain new accounts and markets. Maintains customer support of referral source contacts per month.
Analyzes changes within the changing health care environment and health care market and makes recommendations to improve services based on analysis.
Attends and participates in professional group meetings; stays abreast of new trends and innovations in the field; represents Willow Springs Center on various committees.
Maintains primary contact with all customers assigned accounts through personal visits, telephone calls and letters / mailers on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field.
Experience : A minimum three (3) years of experience in a health care business development management position preferred, with extensive business development experience resulting in measurable results, preferred direct experience developing managed care with knowledge in the areas of capitation and at-risk areas.
In addition, detailed knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency issues.
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements may be considered.
Must be willing and able to travel % of the time in assigned territory.
