Qualifications :
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for 2 Commercial Contracts Managers based out of Seattle, Washington . Other potential work locations include : Mesa, Arizona;
Plano, Texas; Hazelwood, Missouri; and Englewood, Colorado.
These two critical leadership positions will lead the managed parts and training portfolios, among other responsibilities, including supporting Boeing’s digital business, strategic engagements, and migration to a new contract management system.
In these customer-facing roles, you will work closely with sales teams and Boeing Global Services’ customers globally, ensuring the successful execution of contracts and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Responsibilities :
Manages, develops and motives employees engaged in Contract Management Specialist activities
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of customer contracts and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages, develops and motivates employees
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations to define and drive common objectives
Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives
5+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
5+ years of experience working with multiple internal or external stakeholders (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance) in planning and executing projects or transactions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :
7+ years of contracting experience
Experience in Software as a Services (SaaS)
Juris Doctorate or Masters in Business Administration (MBA), or other advanced degree
Prior leadership experience

Summary pay range : $123,250 $166,750
