We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Community Outreach Representative to join our team. This entry-level role is crucial for executing and managing our community outreach and engagement strategies.

The Community Outreach Representative will collaborate with our Community Relations team to foster positive relationships with local communities and key stakeholders.
You will assist in planning and executing community outreach programs and events, ensuring alignment with company goals and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of community outreach programs and events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and participate in community events and charitable initiatives.
- Work with internal teams to ensure community relations efforts align with company objectives.
- Monitor and respond to community feedback and inquiries.
- Conduct research to identify partnership opportunities and community needs.
- Track and report on community engagement metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong passion for community involvement with a solid understanding of community relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
