We're seeking a dedicated Assisted Living Nurse Manager to join our team and help create a nurturing home for our residents.

As our Assisted Living Nurse Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.
This position requires a blend of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a big heart. You'll be the guiding force behind our care team, fostering a culture of compassion and excellence.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor our care team, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents
- Coordinate with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Oversee medication management and administration
- Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents' well-being
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Foster a warm, home-like atmosphere that enhances residents' quality of life
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate interventions
- Advocate for residents' needs and preferences
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Current LPN or RN license required and in good standing
- 3+ years of experience in assistant living or long-term care nursing
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of senior care best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in working with seniors
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed
