As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales for our wide range of exterior home improvement products and services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.

• Sales Presentations : Conduct thorough presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our exterior home improvement solutions.
• Tailored Solutions : Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers, ensuring their specific requirements are met with customized solutions.
• Sales Closing : Close sales deals by negotiating terms, preparing contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.-Follow-Up : Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
• Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Lead Generation : Identify and generate new sales leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the internal team to coordinate project timelines, materials, and installations to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Experience : Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry, but not necessary for the fast learners.

• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
• Customer Focus : Strong customer service skills with a commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.-Self-Motivation : Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Negotiation Skills : Effective negotiation and closing skills to secure sales deals.-Technical Aptitude : Basic understanding of exterior home improvement products and services, or the willingness to learn.
• Driver's License : Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Will also need to have personal liability insurance.
