Duties include utilizing tracking system, reports, and imaging system to maintain daily service standards while leading Mortgage Tracking Analyst team members, and taking ownership of higher level responsibilities.
Responsible for accurately handling all escrow reports, special lender requests and insurance documentation / processing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads a team of Mortgage Tracking Analysts and assists Supervisor in handling mortgage tracking related items.
- Answers borrower, client, or associate questions in a timely manner.
- Responsible for assisting with the training and coaching of new hires and existing employees.
- Responsible for overseeing and managing workflows of the Mortgage Tracking Analyst team, ensuring that all service commitments are met for all incoming insurance documents, including mail, faxes, and emails.
- Handles client requested loan updates and lender or internal reports in a timely manner, ensuring all inquiries receive attention within 24 hours.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
- Maintains necessary relationship with clients and Insurance Center employees to ensure quality service standards are met.
- Provides feedback to management on process, performance, productivity, and service standards improvement opportunities.
- Motivates team members through leading by example , coaching, and mentoring in conjunction with Supervisor and Manager.
- Other job responsibilities as assigned by management.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED :
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to supervise office operations and multiple tasks.
- Prior data analysis experience.
- Skills testing may be required prior or during the interview process.
- Prior P&C Insurance, Mortgage, or Forced Placed Insurance related experience is a plus.
- Requires a working knowledge of Windows computer environment & Office software.
