Join ATLAS's Dynamic Team as an Administrative Specialist
Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support the Development Finance Corporation (DFC).
In this role, you’ll be essential in supporting DFC's critical functions, helping to facilitate international development initiatives that promote global economic growth and stability.

About You
You’re skilled at delivering exceptional administrative support, adept at managing a variety of tasks with precision and organization.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and have strong communication skills to facilitate clear and efficient interactions.
You bring experience in coordinating schedules, managing records, and supporting operational goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Management : Provide day-to-day administrative support, including organizing schedules, planning meetings, managing documents, and assisting DFC personnel in daily tasks.
- Communication and Coordination : Maintain smooth communication channels with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate travel arrangements, and meeting agendas, and follow up on action items as needed.
- Records and Database Management : Ensure all databases and records are organized, accurate, and up-to-date. Support the maintenance of shared drives and other information systems for accessibility and efficiency.
Key Qualifications
Required :
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
A minimum of ten (10) years of recent experience in administrative roles supporting the federal government.
Expertise in management procedures, Excel, data analytics, and strong written and oral communication skills.
U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Ability to commute to Washington D.C.
Desired :
Knowledge of the DFC mission, objectives, and functions of the Office of the Chief Development Officer.
Prior experience with USAID, IMF, World Bank, or similar International organizations
Bilingual in either English / Spanish or English / Portuguese.

Requirements
What You Bring : Experience & Background : Possess an Associate’s degree or three years of intelligence analysis experience.
At least four years of all-source research, analysis, and production experience, ideally within the Department of Defense or equivalent government agencies.
Familiarity with standard intelligence analysis tools and a strong proficiency in utilizing MS Office applications for reporting and presentations.
You thrive in high-pressure environments and are adept at meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. Possess an active TS / SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications : Exceptional analytical and research skills, with a knack for distilling complex information into clear insights.
Willingness to deploy OCONUS. Strong briefing capabilities, able to convey intricate findings to diverse audiences effectively.
Familiarity with CENTCOM’s area of operations, especially regarding regional dynamics and intelligence practices.
