Job DescriptionEnsure the best customer experience within the sales team by aligning with the company's Purpose, Mission, Strategy, and Core Values.

Communicate effectively with external and internal customers, managing local sales and coordinating with the Operations Team.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration across core product groups in greater COLUMBUS OHIOSet strategic initiatives for growth through new products, territory expansion, and service offerings.

Manage the sales team to key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and focused customer targets.Track projects and initiatives effectively, ensuring safety compliance.

Act as a working manager with key accounts as needed.Maintain dashboards related to weekly and monthly sales benchmarks.Develop and maintain vendor relationships in the greater Columbus area.

Prepare status reports, monitor budgets, contractors, schedules, and maintain electronic databases.Work towards creating an exciting showroom and product mix to attract customers.

QualificationsHigh school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.Experience in leading outside and inside sales teams, preferably in the building materials or construction industries.

Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.Must have contact list with GC, Architects, Home builders etc.

Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans and sales goals independently.Proficiency in understanding product technical requirements, drawings, financial analytics, and pricing strategies.

Willingness to travel up to 50% in Central Ohio (Greater Columbus Oh) with minimal overnight stays.Must have a valid driver's license and meet safe driving eligibility requirements under the company fleet insurance plan.
