Substitute Behavior TechnicianCommunity Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for Substitute Behavior Technicians in Fremont, CA who possess expertise in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children with autism in their home, school, or community settings.

Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence.

In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.

6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.

RequirementsProof of high school diploma or BA / BS degree in Psychology, Education, or Special Education or related field.
