A bachelor's or higher-level degree in any field and one year of experience in information technology; or 60 semester credit hours including or supplemented by 15 semester credit hours in computer science and one year of professional experience in information technology.
Two years of professional experience in information technology.

Duties Description Under the direction of the Chief Digital Transformation Officer (DTO) and the Chief Enterprise Architect the AI Solution Associate will lead the ITS common platform for an AI Lab initiative.
Design end-to-end technical solutions that address business requirements and align with architecture principles and standards.
Develop solution architectures, technical specifications, and system designs.
- Assist in the establishment and management of the AI lab infrastructure.
- Support the development and implementation of AI governance framework and AI tools.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of AI platforms and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize AI use cases.
- Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of AI solutions.
- Support the evaluation and documentation of AI use cases to ensure alignment with AI policies, standards and guidelines.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance AI-related stills.
- Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions for team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and methodologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the platforms.
- Work closely with user experience, business analysts, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and usability.
- Evaluate new and emerging technologies to determine their suitability for inclusion in a technical solutions catalog. Conduct proof-of-concept evaluations and provide recommendations for technology adoption.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Ensure that solutions adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate technical solutions, gather feedback, and address concerns. Present technical proposals and recommendations to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
