Role Summary : Asa MidLevel Recruitment Coordinator for the MSR UndergraduateResearch Internship program you will play a crucial role infacilitating the recruitment and application review process forundergraduate research interns across Microsoft Research labs.
Yourcontribution will help ensure efficient processes a stellarcandidate experience and the development of a diverse and talentedcohort of futureresearchers.
4.What are the keyresponsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties :
Coordinate with the internship program team to understand specificneeds and requirements.
Organizeand schedule interviews for candidates andinterviewers.
Facilitate theapplication review process and provide timelyfeedback.
Maintain accuraterecords of candidate progress and provide updates to the internprogram team.
Contribute to thecontinuous improvement of the recruitment process by incorporatingfeedback and bestpractices.
5.What experience are we looking for to drivesuccess
MUSTHave Skills andQualifications :
5 years ofoverall experience in the field.
Bachelors degree in a relevantfield.
Strong organizationalskills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite.
Familiarity orability to quickly learn recruitment software andplatforms.
Preferred Skills andQualifications :
Experience inrecruitment coordination preferably within a research or academicsetting.
