About The Role

Relay Payments is seeking an Integration Implementation Specialist who will be the bridge for enterprise clients on their onboarding journey, providing expertise and support during the implementation process from first touch to full adoption.

This role acts as a consultative client liaison by defining project setup, developing project plans, and determining necessary resources to deliver maximum value to onboarding customers.

  • Implement and project manage integration implementations for customers from initial customer request through testing and post-implementation follow-up
  • Work alongside the Sales and Customer Success team members to conduct integration discovery, follow-up meetings, implementation and rollout plans, and more
  • Attend weekly pipeline review meetings to provide integration case status updates
  • Exceed quality and service standards, including customer contractual deliverables related to the implementation process;

define metrics for measuring customer satisfaction

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, customer responsiveness, and thorough communication
  • Detect potential roadblocks and implement solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations
  • Establish regular customer calls throughout the adoption phase to transition customers into full utilization of the integration
  • Provide support to customers post-integration go-live
  • Maintain playbook for how to implement each integration offered by Relay so that internal and external stakeholders have visibility into the project plan and requirements

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in the transportation industry with a high level of technical expertise on integrations and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and have customers adopt integration solutions
  • Effective communication with an ability to translate complex technical language into actionable insights
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and business leaders including internal and external customer stakeholders
  • Self-starter, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills are a must
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage time, multitask, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • General understanding about APIs
  • Proficient in Google’s suite of products
