In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring that they receive a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their stay.
You will handle check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have.

Requirements
- Prior customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous hotel experience is a plus
