What you will bedoing :
- Lead generation via outboundprospecting and inbound inquiries across all markets andservices.
- Engage prospects to understand theirneeds and schedule qualified appointments.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clientsin Federal healthcare science & technology and academicmarkets; focusing on acquiring new clients.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in our CRMsystem.
- Collaborate closely with the Directorof Client Services marketing / business development manager and theentire sales team to achieve companywide goals.
- Generate reporting for the weekly market leadermeeting.
- Conduct market research for potentialclient markets / services and pursue opportunities withthem.
Experience you willneed :
- 25 years of experience insales or business development preferably with Federalclients.
- Familiarity with Federal acquisitionprocesses is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving andanalytical skills.
- Selfmotivated goalorientedand able to work independently while being a teamplayer.
- Familiarity with the engineering andconstruction industry.
- Experience with leadgeneration tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Sales NavigatorZoomInfo).
- Understanding of MEP engineeringand construction services is a plus.
