Find out how far your passion can take you. About the Job The sales enablement team provides sales leaders and sales representatives with learning materials, practical on-the-job content, and other resources to drive sales achievement and individual sales skills growth and success.
As Sales Enablement Manager, Product Enablement you will develop and execute impactful, skill building solutions that will prepare sales representatives for achieving greater success in existing areas of sales and build confidence to enter new sales areas.
Success is measured by sales attainment KPI impact of these solutions. What you will do
- Work with product management, product marketing, professional services, and client success departments to produce product and solution sales enablement solutions.
- Curate and / or create with collaboration from other Brightly departments training assets to orient sales representatives to specific Brightly products and solutions including positioning, messaging, value propositions, major features, and business impacts.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and client-facing departments to craft and develop project plans, deliverable listings, and timelines for new product introduction and new releases of existing products.
- Work with sales leadership to execute, optimize, and assess enablement solution effectiveness.
- Determine product and solution sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders.
- Communicate enablement strategy and targeted KPI impact to stakeholders.
- Build a trusted reputation with sales representatives as an accurate and timely source of information, resources, and coaching assistance.
- Provide training programs for onboarding new sales representatives
- Maintain product and solution pages in SharePoint, providing rapid access to educational and enabling materials.
- Facilitate content creation projects utilizing subject matter authorities from sales, marketing, product, and other Brightly departments.
- Create sales enablement materials including written documentation, video, and learning management system-based content.
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team.
What's In it For You The pay range for this position is $78,960-$135,360. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location. What you need
- 5+ years of experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development position.
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales role responsibilities and prospect-facing sales goals.
- Experience with content management and learning management systems.
- Ability to build internal relationships with sales, product and marketing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience providing live classroom training delivery, live and recorded training planning, student management, and delivery logistics.
