Responsibilities :
- Act as Scrum Master for two scrum teams, coaching the teams to achieve higher levels of agile maturity at a sustainable pace.
- Participate in Scrum of Scrums and facilitate Program Increment (PI) execution.
- Guide teams to be self-organized and motivate teams to focus on team goals / objectives.
- Remove impediments and act as a change agent to implement Agile principles and best practices across the team and the organization.
Qualification :
- Scrum master Certification
- Safe Certification
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in a dedicated scrum master role for a software development team that applied Scrum / Safe principles, practices, and theory.
- Knowledge and experience of Agile techniques : user stories, TDD, continuous integration, continuous testing, pairing, agile games
- Insurance experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business languages.
- Excellent coaching skills
