Sr. HVAC Project Manager needed for a well-respected contractor!
Do you have expertise in HVAC Project Management? If so, I want to hear from you.
Commercial and Industrial HVAC Project Manager / Estimator with a sales background. Responsibilities include project management from take off to completion, estimating potential projects, submitting the proposals and directing and monitoring the winning projects, including contract administration.
Also involved is interfacing via phone and in person with new and existing customers, contractors and developers.
- 3+ years working as Sr Project Manager, directly overseeing mechanical construction work
- Experience in the successful estimating design and / or management of HVAC project installation
- Ability to operate independently and autonomously and yet possess the discretionary judgment to know when it's appropriate to consult with others in the organization
- Proficient utilization of management / accounting software
- Demonstrate a corresponding high sense of integrity
- Strong interpersonal and project management abilities employing strong organizational skills to respond successfully to a high volume of issues
- Construction Management with 5+ years of commercial project management, HVAC / MEP experience
- Contacts in the area that will help with business development
- Excellent communication skills with multiple levels
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Technology savvy
