Scheduler

Description :

Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes claimant information.

Uses software to schedule claimant appointments and document pertinent information. Delivers exceptional customer service at all customer touch points.

Will be required to gather information and send out lab tests or medical information to providers. Will follow up with providers to make sure they have received kits before patient goes into medical office.

Ship out paperwork and packages. Utilizes case management system to follow up and track packages.
