Who are we looking for?

Designer or Researcher who has some proclivity to do both. Someone who can assist in conducting the research, synthesizing the results, and working out potential design solutions with a collaborative team.

Or someone who loves UX design and handles their own research. The space is open so come as you are and we'll see where you fit.

Where you'll work

There's a strong in-office culture here and we're looking to grow in our offices located in Lisle, IL; Plano, TX, Durham, NC, or Pittsburgh, PA.

You'll get to know your colleagues and work collaboratively to solve problems.

What you'll do

You'll work with a multi-disciplinary team including researchers, designers, product managers, engineers, and management to plan, facilitate, and report on user research.

When needed you'll turn the insights uncovered in the research into workflows and wireframes that address the problems uncovered.

And here are the basic requirements

• 8+ years of experience in user research.
• Bachelor's Degree, or global equivalent, in Human Computer Interaction, Information Design, Industrial Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related HCI discipline is preferred.
• An interest or aptitude for complex, data-driven enterprise software.
• Experience in interaction design.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $91,200 - $152,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
