Barrington Smiles is growing and is looking for the right office manager to bring us to the next level. Our non-corporate family practice prioritizes patients' health and safety.
We are proud to run a successful office while providing patients with personalized care, modern technology and a holistic approach to dentistry.
We are moving into a state-of-the art space in South Barrington and will be adding additional providers shortly. We are willing to invest in the training of new employee so they are ready to manage the new office when we open.
Our ideal candidate will have :
- Impeccable customer service skills to build relationships with a high-end demographic.
- Knowledge of dentistry, dental procedures, and dental insurance plans.
- Experience managing a successful team.
- A willingness to learn new information.
- A track record of professional workplace behavior.
- An ability to implement and maintain office protocols.
- Expertise in presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
