Housing Program Assistant Job Details :
- Schedule : 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
- Pay Rate : $18-$20 / hr
Housing Program Assistant Job Description :
- Performs routine clerical work including : typing, filing, processing paperwork, etc
- Responsible for paraprofessional and technical work in all areas of housing policies and eligibility
- Performs extensive data entry, types correspondence, memoranda, reports, and similar items with some variety and complexity
- Does related work as required, following established procedures
Housing Program Assistant Job Requirements :
- MUST HAVE thorough knowledge of HUD and CRHA policies and procedures for HQS Inspections and Occupancy
- Experience working in public housing / section 8 agency
- Experience in multi family with HUD experience and understanding would work as well
- Knowledge of regulations governing Housing Choice Voucher Program.
