Job Summary :
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact forour company. This position requires excellent customer serviceskills a professional demeanor and the ability to handle multipletasks efficiently.
The Receptionist will manage the front deskoperations including greeting visitors handling phone calls andperforming various administrative duties.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Answer screen andforward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a cleanand organized reception area.
- Receive sort anddistribute daily mail / deliveries.
- Coordinatefrontdesk activities including scheduling appointments.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders whennecessary.
- Assist with various administrativetasks such as data entry filing and copying.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controllingaccess via the reception desk.
- Support otherdepartments with clerical duties as needed.
Requirements :
- High schooldiploma or equivalent; additional certification in OfficeManagement is a plus.
- Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite.
- Professional attitude andappearance.
- Solid written and verbalcommunication skills.
- Ability to beresourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the abilityto prioritize tasks.
