  • Responsible for the daily relationship management and structural sales to retail customers.
  • You are responsible for expanding existing and developing new concepts at retail customers.
  • Responsible for customer acquisition in the "Category A" retail segment.
  • Recognizing customer wishes and proactively responding commercially to them.
  • You are well informed about the developments on the market.
  • Responsible for tracking customer performance and deriving necessary measures for improvement.
  • You work and communicate intensively with the sourcing, logistics, production, ripening, quality management, and accounting departments for the successful execution of our customer's requirements.
  • Being able to work conceptually and structured.
  • You work intensively with the customers, colleagues and provide input for Sourcing.
  • You report to the Director of Sales.

Job requirements

  • BsC (HBO) working and thinking level.
  • Sales experience in fresh (fruits) is required.
  • Experience with Retail and / or Category Management would be nice.
  • Familiar with the dynamics and daily changing challenges within the fresh sector.
  • The right competencies for creating targeted sales plans within the retail shelf.
  • You master the English language verbally and in writing and if you also master German and / or Dutch that's also favorable.
