Key Responsibilities :

Deliver exceptional tax compliance and planning services to a diverse client portfolio

Lead engagement teams and supervise the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns

Serve as a mentor and resource to junior staff, providing guidance and performance feedback

Research complex tax issues and provide clear documentation and recommendations

Collaborate with partners and senior leadership to identify opportunities for additional client service

Ideal Candidate : CPA license required

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting

Solid foundation in individual, partnership, and corporate tax

Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable mentoring and managing teams

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
