We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced individual to become an integral part of our Operations Optimization leadership team.
This pivotal role encompasses the management of a dedicated team of remote and traveling dietitians, engaging in clinical immersions, as well as supervising work authorization, scheduling, and financial oversight for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the remote team, including telehealth requisitions, scheduling, and financial aspects related to these services.
- Address the Nutrition & Wellness requirements from operations leadership and shared services partners.
- Create and enhance nutrition systems / programs to ensure the dissemination of current knowledge and management expertise.
- Review and revise existing programs, focusing on regulatory adherence, professional development for both remote and traveling team members, and the development of educational resources.
- Lead cross-functional teams to maximize outcomes while emphasizing focus, accountability, performance, transparency, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
- Leverage current nutrition systems / programs to advance departmental objectives and develop new initiatives as instructed.
- Coordinate the creation and assessment of nutrition resources within the competitive landscape.
- Exhibit robust technical and scientific knowledge while remaining aware of management considerations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all interaction points.
- Collaborate with both corporate and regional team members to support field and corporate initiatives.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) and / or possess licensure / certification credentials from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- A minimum of five (5) years of professional clinical experience across senior living, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, rehabilitation, or acute care settings, including at least two (2) years in a Clinical Nutrition Manager role or with multi-unit responsibilities.
- A Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics is preferred. Serve Safe, Choke Save, and Allergen certifications are encouraged.
- Membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is a plus.
