Description of Work
This position would be responsible for the Office of Admissions campus visit program. This includes supervising 2 professional staff directly and indirectly.
This position will help set the strategy connected to the campus visit experience, determining needs to run a successful operation, creating new programs when appropriate and thoroughly assessing the effectiveness of these initiatives.
This position will also be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling and assessment of UNL’s current student tour guide program.
The position will work collaboratively with UNL faculty, staff, and current students to ensure tour guides provide high quality, accurate campus tours.
Serve in customer service role by responding to phone, email, and in-person contact with campus partners. Provides individual and group presentations for prospective students and answer current and prospective student inquires via phone, email, or in person.
Position requires many nights and weekend hours.
