Schedule M-Th 8a-5p, Fri 7a-4 : 30p
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Answer all incoming calls, transfer, and screen calls (manage multiple phone lines).
- Assist and direct new incoming visitors and applicants.
- Notify different departments when packages arrive at the front desk.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail
- Must be able to multi-task
- Email customers when there is no PO attached.
- Double check that all files match the original email.
- Assist orders desk and quotes to download files to Sharepoint.
- Double check all quotes match original email.
- Scan and file all shippers.
- Assist customer service department with missing shippers, cancellations, orders, etc.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Minimum High School Diploma
