Job Title : Assembler

Aerotek is hiring immediately for electrical and mechanical assemblers on 1st shift, 2nd shift, and weekend shift! Assemblers will be working in teams of 2-4 to manufacture drives and transformers.

This is a fast-paced company that will continue to expand.

Job Description :

• Read wiring schematics and manufacturing blueprints
• Utilize hand and power tools to build structures and frames
• Insert electronic drives
• Point-to-point wiring and wire harnessing
• Final assemblies

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications :

• 1 year of mechanical or electrical assembly experience
• 1 year of hand and power tool experience
• 1 year of following blueprints or schematics

Shift Schedule :

1st shift : 5 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday through Thursday

2nd shift : 3 : 00 PM to 1 : 00 AM, Monday through Thursday

Weekend Shift : 5 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Friday through Sunday

This is a great entry-level position that will open the door to a variety of higher-level roles on the manufacturing floor.

Assemblers are cross-trained in different departments in a training program that will allow you to feel comfortable on the job.
