Happy Paws Pet Resort in Orlando, FL is actively seeking to hire an experienced, part-time dog groomer with weekend availability.

Happy Paws Pet Resort is a premier doggy day and overnight resort located in Orlando, FL just 2 miles south of UCF. We provide daycare, grooming, training, and boarding (dogs and cats).
Happy Paws strives to create a fun, stress-free environment for all pets in our care, and to give pet parents peace of mind while they're away.
Our Pet Stylists have passion , patience and love for dogs, ensuring a positive grooming experience each time . They must have excellent communication skills , being able to take instructions from clients and make recommendations , as well as communicating any issues (nicks, irritations, behavioral issues, etc.

As a Pet Stylist at Happy Paws Pet Resort you must meet the following requirements :
- 2+ years of experience
- Certification from an accredited school
- Ability to groom 5-8 dogs a day (mix of baths & cuts)
- Skilled in breed profiles and dispositions, skin and hair types
- Strong attention to detail
- Provide high-quality grooming services
- Have a positive and professional attitude
- Able to life 50 lbs. dogs into elevated tub
- Excellent time management / organizational skills
- Be able to communicate with staff, management & clients
- Weekend availability
