Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve the GTM enablement strategy linked to business priorities and revenue outcomes
Drive onboarding and ramp programs to accelerate productivity and shorten time-to-quota
Oversee sales enablement and knowledge systems, partnering with GTM leaders to align enablement with strategy
Required Qualifications
10+ years in GTM enablement, sales training, or revenue leadership, preferably in enterprise SaaS
Experience designing, scaling, and measuring programs impacting ramp time and quota attainment
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and enablement best practices
Analytical mindset with experience in building and reporting on enablement metrics
Familiarity with enablement tools is a bonus
