They are looking to add a Distribution, Collection, & Development (DCD) Manager to their team.

Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental science, management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in the water / wastewater utilities industry
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Knowledge and understanding of engineering principles, practices and planning processes
- Effective problem solving, communication and decision making
- Completion of a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- New development review and inspection
- Maintenance and renewal / replacement of water distribution and wastewater collection system infrastructure
- Maintenance of District fleet and facilities
- Preparation of short / long term capital expenditure budgets as well as the annual department budget
- Attending and participating in monthly District Board meetings presenting information to management, Board of Directors and public groups
- Providing leadership and guidance to department team
- Implementing new initiatives and / or developing strategy for continuous improvement of department operations
