The Cohen Children's Heart Center at Northwell Health is seeking a BC / BE Fellowship trained Outpatient Pediatric Cardiologist with strong patient skills and fetal echo abilities to join our award-winning team of physicians in our Suffolk County based outpatient practice.
The Suffolk County team, led by Dr. Barry Goldberg, is a group of 4 pediatric cardiologists who work seamlessly with our Heart Center to provide the highest quality comprehensive outpatient care.
They are considered an integral part of the program, leveraging the team of specialists in cardiac surgery, cardiology, and critical care.
Programs of excellence include interventional catheterization, advanced CT and MR imaging, COVID / MIS-C follow up, Advanced Fetal Center, genetic aortopathies, electrophysiology and device implantation, comprehensive echocardiography, as well as the anticipated near-term inception of our Heart Failure / Heart Transplantation program.
The Steven and Alexandra Cohen Children’s Medical Center is one of the best children’s hospitals in New York State and the mid-Atlantic region.
It is the largest pediatric teaching hospital in the New York metropolitan region, with more than 13,000 admissions per year.
