https : / / www.readycreditcorp.com / We are seeking a Kiosk Support Supervisor to join our team. The Kiosk Support Supervisor o versees the daily activity of Technical Support personnel and prioritizes workload assignments as circumstances and workload requires.
Manages open case load for Tier 2 team and is an internal point of escalation for fellow Tier 2 team members. Utilize tools and staff to ensure the kiosk network’s optimal performance.
Interacts with and directs work priorities of vendors providing kiosk support in the field. Escalates to internal or external resources if required.
Actively works open Tier 2 cases and ensures that communications to vendors and clients regarding case activities are consistently completed.
Become familiar with all aspects of kiosk and end user support. Key Experience Needed : Previous supervisory experience 4 years experience supporting windows PC, taking support calls, and remotely diagnosing issues 3 years experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues Ability to type 30 words per minute Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills, a solid foundation in business application development and a can do attitude Must be able to develop formal business documents following established documentation / presentation software packages (or similar products from other vendors) : MS-Word, MS-Excel-, MS-PowerPoint Strong attention to detail Position Responsibilities : Managing the day to day workload of the kiosk support team Work with end users to ensure all technical needs are met Monitor and manage the technical support email box delegating as needed to ensure timely resolution of requests Working with management to enhance and improve processes Working with leadership and management of other departments to ensure all teams are functioning at optimal performance Work with 3rd party support providers to ensure SLAs are met and issues are addressed Manage technical projects to ensure goals and timelines are met Train new and existing on best practices Monitor employee productivity and work with management to provide constructive feedback Other duties assigned by management Ready Credit Corporation is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or other legally protected status.
