Education

Education : High School Diploma or GED

Experience

Five (5) years of applicable experience supporting engineering or testing of hardware in the appropriate area of specialization; or two (2) years of applicable college / vocational / military / technical school and three (3) years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area : Mechanical - at least four (4) of the five (5) years of experience must include one (1) year of vocational / military / technical school training in practical or industrial arts and a minimum of two (2) years of mechanical fabrication and structural / fixture setup supporting engineering or testing of military hardware.

Required Qualifications

Must be a U.S. citizen and have or be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Skills Needed

• New hire will be capable of operating heavy equipment, able to lift 75 pounds, and willing to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Operate machinery to include Class VII and below forklifts, drive tanks, operate earth moving equipment, and hold or obtain Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement.
• Welding and / or mechanical skills will be utilized on a daily basis.
• Read, understand and adhere to all applicable SOPs and TSRA.
