Lena Levine is the founder and visionary behind Startup Mentor AI. With a background as a full-stack developer and an MS in Computer Science, Lena transitioned to entrepreneurship in 2014 when she founded her software agency, Forcoda .
Over the years, her expertise has evolved from software development to business and go-to-market strategy.
Drawing on more than a decade of experience helping startups validate software ideas and achieve product-market fit, Lena built Startup Mentor AI to accelerate founders’ success by providing expert guidance every step of the way.

As CTO and Co-Founder , you’ll lead the product’s technical development while Lena focuses on sales and growth. You’ll have the freedom to take on as much responsibility as you want and truly level up as a technical leader.
Your Role as CTO :
- Lead the technical strategy and design the architecture of a scalable, innovative platform
- Collaborate with the product and business teams to shape the product roadmap and deliver on milestones
- Drive the technical vision, building solutions that set us apart in the startup ecosystem
- Grow and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the highest execution standards
- Play an integral role in securing funding and scaling the company
- Take ownership of the technical side of due diligence during fundraising
Qualifications :
- Proven experience with building web applications from scratch
- Expertise in software architecture, AI / ML technologies, React JS, NodeJS, MySQL
- Ability to build scalable systems from the ground up, with hands-on experience across the full stack
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a growing team
- Passion for startups and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
