Compensation : $90,000 - $150,000+

Responsibilities :
- Establish relationships with local businesses and individuals to sell insurance products
- Stay updated on industry trends, services, and customer needs within the insurance sector.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, overcoming objections, and meeting customer requirements promptly.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing customers and potential clients.
- Collaborate with underwriting, call center associates, and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Pursue continuous education and training to maintain current certifications.
- Participate in relevant events to promote Farm Bureau Insurance of Idaho and expand professional networks.
Qualifications :
- Licenses : You will be required to be licensed in property, casualty, life, and health insurance to sell. You do not need to be licensed to apply
- 1-2 years of outside sales experience is preferred
- A strong motivation to achieve financial success and actively seek out prospects is essential for this role
- Travel throughout the region to conduct face-to-face meetings
- Strong presentation skills
- Cold calling experience a plus
