Connections IT Services is in search of a Threat Intelligence and Response Analyst
The Threat Intelligence and Response Analyst must be an adaptable team-player who loves to collaborate with others. You must be familiar with computer forensics and digital investigations process and possess the technical problem-solving skills that enable our client's stakeholders to effectively conduct their investigations.
Communication skills are critical to this role’s success.
For this position, we’re looking for someone to work in a hybrid environment.
Description :
- Develop high-quality customer deliverables that meet the expectations of the organization. This includes :
- Delivering analysis reports and incident assessments
- Conducting cyber security malware / ransomware assessments
- Conducting computer / digital forensics research
- Collaborate across the organization to assist in employee investigations.
- Develop analysis processes and help drive forensics initiatives
- Promoting a culture of teamwork and communication by working in collaboration and treating coworkers with respect and dignity and maintaining an open mind to diverse voices and ideas.
Requirements :
- Trustworthy, good communication, collaborative, dependable, and driven personality
- Bachelor’s degree in computer forensics or related discipline or the equivalent of two years or more in the industry as job experience
- Prior cyber experience in two or more of the following :
Incident response
o OS and file systems (MAC, Linux, and / or Windows)
o Knowledge of how malware operates.
o Knowledge of forensic techniques
- Experience with forensics tools and analysis
- Skilled in event analysis leveraging computer forensics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to convey extremely technical concepts to audiences with varying technical knowledge
- A zeal for tailoring communication to a wide range of stakeholders from HR investigators to CIOs
