Advantra is partnering with a Series A AI marketing platform startup in San Francisco to hire a Founding Growth / GTM Associate to help scale go-to-market from the ground up.

About the role

You will own early sales and growth initiatives, building pipeline and closing high-intent leads. You will work closely with founders, product, and engineering to define the sales process, create collateral, and optimize the customer experience. You will help establish the foundation for the company's growth motion.

Responsibilities

• Build and run experiments on new growth channels.
• Talk to prospects and communicate the value proposition clearly.
• Help hire and build the early sales team.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Develop sales collateral, processes, and early tools.
• Gather and surface feedback from prospects to inform product and marketing.
• Track sales metrics and pipeline activity.
• Contribute to defining the company's go-to-market strategy.
