Hours : 4 days per week minimum if full time and partnership is desired in the future
Hospital Privileges : Expected to have privileges and maintain BC, no call required
Pay : Depends on full time or part time status. Salary with bonus structure if full time, percentage of collections if part time
Benefits (only for full time) : 401K with matching, contribution towards health insurance sponsored by the owner, profit sharing (if qualifies), PTO
Additional benefits (full time only) : malpractice (OMSNIC), state dental and anesthesia licensure, contribution towards CE and board exams if needed, sign on bonus / relocation assistance
