Job Title : Senior Financial Analyst

We are currently representing several clients (public & pre-ipo) in the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Technology, and Investment Banking industries who are looking for Senior Financial Analysts .
These are contract-to-hire and / or contract roles which will be reporting into the Finance Manager, VP of Finance, or CFO and can start immediately.
The general responsibilities for the position are :
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in financial planning and analysis
- Experience with a FP&A management tool recommended (specific experience with BPC or Essbase a plus.)
- An Excel superstar- streamline reporting, quickly put together ad hoc requests, draws connections within data to understand purpose.
- Thrives on an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented.
- Is a Dynamic, highly motivated person who works well independently and as part of a team.
- Owns the work, and is focused, effective, and efficient.
- Contributes new ideas and finds solutions to business challenges.

- Review materials with logic and test for reasonability, scan and correct for errors. Consistency and accuracy are paramount
Requirements :
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills can effectively collaborate cross-functionally and translate conclusions verbally to senior management as well as succinctly and accurately summarize in writing and in presentation format.
- Pays high attention to detail.
- Strong Excel and systems skills i.e. PowerBI, Hyperion, Adaptive, SQL, etc..
- Pay is $45-$65 / hr DOE
