NewcrestImage is hiring a Housekeeping Public Area Attendant for our Canopy by Hilton in New Orleans property.

We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Public Attendant that will be responsible for the upkeep of public spaces.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role are as follows :
Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, outdoor grounds and banquet / meeting / conference rooms
Perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, emptying carts of soiled linens, moving and disposing of trash
Greet guests in a friendly manner
Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed
Assist in delivering guest requests and in cleaning guest rooms, as needed
REQUIREMENTS : High School degree
High School degree
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Well-groomed and professional in appearance
Willing to work on weekends and holidays if required
Effective communication skills
