Position Manufacturing Team Member
Job Location Oconomowoc, WI

Employment Term Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift (7 : 00am 3 : 30pm Monday-Friday) or (6 : 00am - 4 : 30pm Monday-Thursday)
Starting Pay $15-$17 / hr Depending on Experience

Required Education High School Diploma / GED
Required Experience At least 1 years of experience
We are looking for a reliable and adaptable general labor worker with strong work ethics and an eye for quality. Due to the nature of our products, the work is not physically demanding.
An ideal candidate will be great at reading orders, detail oriented, knows how to read a ruler and good with computers trouble shooting / art / template use, etc.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily work instructions received from supervisor in a timely manner.
- Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
- Operate manual material handling equipment such as hand jacks and wheeled carts safely.
Qualifications
- Must have strong basic mathematics skills.
- Must be able to effectively utilize basic measuring devices.
- Lift and carry merchandises as needed. Materials can weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain the work area clean, safe, and organized.
